Easy Homemade Meatballs!
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage that you made, k?
1/2 cup stale bread soaked in some milk
1/2 cup crushed crackers
4 T. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 sweet onion, minced
as much garlic as you can muster, minced
2-3 T. minced fresh fennel
2 t. sea salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
get all that in a bowl and mix it well. Until it holds like bread dough. Roll up the meatballs and brown them in a cast iron. Pour your favorite red sauce over top. Simmer, covered, until cooked through. Pasta. Sub sandwich. You know how it goes.
